Our Story & Values
Insight Quality was founded in 2014 by Andy Church, a seasoned quality assurance professional with more than two decades of experience managing inspections, audits, and supply chain challenges in global manufacturing.
Andy began his career in Shenzhen, China in 2002, working in leadership roles for major quality assurance firms like STR (now part of UL) and later as CEO of Quality Control Services. His work took him across Asia, Europe, and the Americas – building a deep understanding of international production systems and the evolving needs of importers, brands, and manufacturers.
He launched Insight Quality to provide responsive, trustworthy, and custom-tailored solutions for companies sourcing general consumer products. Today, our team of inspection professionals, auditors, and industry experts helps clients solve manufacturing problems, reduce risk, and gain confidence in their supply chain.
